Jill Varner is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Versus Capital and also serves as the CCO of its affiliated closed-end interval funds.  Jill joined Versus in August 2019 and, prior to becoming CCO in July 2023, served as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and the Director of Compliance and Operations.
