Kelly joined Versus Capital as Director of Fund Financial Operations in 2022. Prior to joining Versus, Kelly worked for two years at SS&C ALPS as Vice President of Fund Management, also serving as Fund Treasurer and Fund Controller to various open and closed end mutual funds and ETFs. In this role, she was responsible for the accounting policy, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, NAV accuracy, and investment valuations of the investment vehicles she served. Prior to working at SS&C ALPS, Kelly worked at Oppenheimer Funds for 13 years, most recently as Assistant Vice President of Fund Treasury, specializing in financial reporting, board reporting, and process automation for mutual funds, ETFs, 529s, collective investment trusts, and unregistered LLCs/LPs. Kelly also worked in various roles within corporate accounting and fund accounting for Oppenheimer Funds. Kelly holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Economics, respectively, from the University of Northern Colorado.
