Kim Christensen is an Investment Analyst for Versus Capital. Kim joined Versus Capital in September 2023. Prior to joining Versus, Kim was an Assistant Vice President at Nuveen, where she was responsible for risk analytics, including data visualization, coordination of technical enhancements and vendor oversight. Kim was previously an Associate Vice President at OppenheimerFunds, where she was responsible for securities valuation, including due diligence and vendor oversight. Before joining OppenheimerFunds, Kim was a pricing associate for Clayton IPS Corporation, an independent pricing service. In this role, Kim valued esoteric mortgage-backed securities. Kim began her career as a credit risk analyst with Clayton Fixed Income Services, where she focused on surveillance of mortgage loans and monitoring deal cashflows.
Kim graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado. Kim earned a Data Analytics certificate from the University of Denver and is a CFA® charterholder.
