The deadline for submitting this information is 4 p.m. ET on each applicable Repurchase Request Deadline (as defined in the Fund’s quarterly repurchase offer notice).

The submission of this upload does not replace the need to enter every transaction through normal trading practices with Schwab.  Submissions to Versus Capital and Schwab for the sell orders of de minimis accounts must be received by 4 p.m. ET on the applicable Repurchase Request Deadline.

The information provided through this submission is intended solely to assist VCMIX, its transfer agent and Schwab in identifying certain de minimis repurchase offer requests, which, in the event of an oversubscribed repurchase offer, are permitted to be fully repurchased (i.e., not prorated) in accordance with VCMIX’s policies. A shareholder may receive a full repurchase only when the total number of shares owned is less than 100 shares and the repurchase request represents a full liquidation of the shareholder’s position in the Fund.

The user inputting the information is responsible for submitting complete and accurate information. Although Versus Capital intends to work diligently with the transfer agent and Schwab to identify all shareholder accounts that are eligible for a full repurchase, submitting information below does not guarantee that these shareholder accounts will receive a full repurchase. Additional clarifying information may be requested and failure to provide the requested information in a timely and accurate manner may impede the ability to receive a full repurchase for some or all of the shareholder accounts whose information you provide.
