Kelly Bolduc is the Director of Compliance at Versus Capital. Prior to joining Versus in August of 2023, Kelly worked at Janus Henderson for 13 years, where she oversaw the pre- and post-trade monitoring team within Investment Compliance. Her primary focus was monitoring trade activity, interpreting client guidelines and fund disclosures. Prior to joining the Investment Compliance team, she worked in Fund Accounting for four years, also at Janus Henderson. Kelly graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Finance.
